My Purpose & Mission Behind CompileQuest Hub
Hi, I’m Mark Neil Cordero, a Full Stack Developer since 2017. I built CompileQuest Hub because I learn best when I share what I learn. Teaching, writing, and creating examples helps me slow down, truly understand concepts, and see how everything connects. Sharing that process benefits others too — especially those learning on their own.
This site is like a mix between my developer notebook and a public learning space. I document the things I’m practicing, the mistakes that taught me something, and the patterns that make coding feel more approachable. No pressure, no perfect “guru” vibes — just learning in public, step-by-step, together.
A Shared Journey
I’m grateful for a mentor who shaped how I approach web development and client work: Felix Cordero Jr. He’s a freelance WordPress Developer who designs and ships custom websites for clients worldwide. Watching his process — problem-solving, iterating, and continually learning — has influenced my own standards for clarity and craftsmanship.

Guidance & Support
Advisor
Another important influence in my journey is Joan Paloma, my trusted advisor. She is a Psychology graduate with seven years of experience in the insurance industry and currently works as a Virtual Assistant.
Joan’s perspective on communication, behavior, and decision-making helps me approach projects with more clarity, empathy, and balance. She challenges assumptions, encourages reflection, and keeps me focused on the “why” behind the work.
